Our company began in the East Bay more than 30 years ago providing very personalized apartments to hard working tenants who valued custom interiors that would serve to refresh their energy... and prepare the residents so that they may enjoy the balance between their home and outside work and social life. Our location at 306 Lee Street is in the calmest and most desired middle class neighborhood of Adams Point. We offer elegant apartment homes in a building often referred to as the best managed and updated older building in the entire area surrounding beautiful Lake Merritt. Many of our apartment homes could win design awards for their beauty and function. We have a beautiful tropical palm tree courtyard that may remind you a little of Hawaii ...our units are colorful and tasteful...some with views.
