History

We are Chris and Sara Barrett! The San Bernardino Mountains are our home and we love serving the local southern California area! We know that time is short and life's moments pass by so quickly. Ten years of marriage has flown by, our kiddos are growing up, and our family adventures come and go so fast. For us, photography is a way to capture these life moments so we can remember them forever! Beauty From Ashes Photography is all about capturing those moments of beauty and remembering the great things God has done in our lives, especially during seasons of hardship. Photography was a common interest for both of us when we met in high school, little did we know that it would come into play later in life. We have been married for over ten years now, and have two beautiful children, Avery and Ezra. We love going on adventures big and small, whether that be traveling to exciting new places or just taking a hike nearby.
