It's always 5 star service. Jas is quick and makes my eyebrows pop. The place is always clean. There's plenty of seating if you happen to come in when it's busy.

The workers are rude and treat each customer differently.... It's a terrible atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend this specific Beauty by Thread location at all.
