BeachEdge is a ConTech startup that is making beach homes a reality for the modern day professional. These are hassle free, affordable and cash flow generating beach houses. Ownership of a second home is not nearly as accessible as it used to be 30 years ago, when it was very common for middle-class and upper middle class professionals to have a second property. As inflation outpaced wage growth over the years, it is now generally a luxury reserved for the very wealthy. We are giving an overlooked group of the current generation a reasonable opportunity to experience what has been taken away from them by time: ownership of a vacation home and ownership of hard cash flow asset. Through the use of our ai driven technology and our experience, we are able to make this a reality.
