Amazing Amazing customer service! These are the only bike rentals in Venice that I use when I bring visiting family! They are chill, kind, and are what's good and vibrant about Venice Beach.

I was 10 minutes late returning two bikes rented for an hour, and they charged me for two full hours. When I asked if I could pay for an extra half an hour or get a discount, they flatly refused....

Took advantage of me when I had a flat at the beach. Charged $20 for a "new" - not so new - tube that was flat again the next day because they failed to check if anything was stuck in the tire....
