Rating has to be the lowest any bus comapies can get. BCT's schedule info to public on Saturday electronically & those posted on signs at Greenline Station are untrue. Try to fool the public....

Good inexpensive transportation for SouthBay!! They have been exceptional in customer service. Will wait a few minutes if you are not quite at bus stop.

Not reliable at all. Don't go by the schedules on the Tap or Google Maps because they aren't accurate. If you call dispatch, they'll claim it was there even though you know good and well it wasn't...
