Bayshore School District

The Brisbane School District is a public, K-8 school district comprising of two elementary schools and one middle school. The District is at south of the city of San Francisco. It comprises of the city of Brisbane, the Southern Hills portion of the city of Daly City and the northeastern corner of the city of South San Francisco. Its board of trustees has adopted an integrated instruction program in which it teaches basic skills through the focus of yearlong themes. The District receives local, state and federal grants for maintenance, major renovation and repair work at the three school campuses. It has a combined enrollment of more than 600 students.

Established in 1922, the Jefferson Union High School District governs several high schools. It has an enrollment of more than 5,500 students. The district operates through a range of departments, including operations and maintenance, education, business services, personnel, food services and information technology. The Jefferson Union High School District s schools provide educational and learning opportunities to youths and adults. It operates a community environmental education program and offers a variety of nutritional services. Each school within the district features a library that has a selection of books and online resources. Its schools curricula include English, fine and industrial arts, social studies, science, mathematics and foreign languages The district s schools also provide a variety of athletic activities, such as track, baseball, swimming, football and basketball.
