History

Bayan Roots is a collective of high caliber wellness facilitators who are committed to community building and educating in the art of self-care. We currently offer massage therapy, strength and conditioning, yoga, and foam rolling classes.

Specialties

We are a massage and fitness studio! Queer and Trans affirming, POC welcoming, body positive, all yoga levels welcome, low scent environment. We are your local Dimond District community wellness center where everyone knows your name! Accessibility: Ground level access with no stairs. Bathroom is non-ADA.
