Pacific Athletic Club provides a range of fitness and recreational programs. Its facilities feature a pro shop, caf , gymnasium, aquatic center and tennis courts. The club s aquatic center conducts water aerobic and swimming classes. Its gymnasium hosts several basketball, volleyball and badminton events and is available for competitive leagues, social tournaments and summer camps. Pacific Athletic Club also organizes golf outings and family kayaking trips. Its personal fitness trainers are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. The club also operates a more than 13,000-square-foot fitness center equipped with cardiovascular and strength training machines, including treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes. Pacific Athletic Club additionally provides nutrition counseling and health workshops and is located in San Diego.
