For over 20 years, we've created the scents that make you smile, and we're happy to see you smile again as we open our doors. Rest assured, we are keeping the health of our customers and associates our top priority. A protective mask or face covering is required. Ran in here to get a present for a friend. Haven't been in Bath & Body Works in a long while. The 2 employees I spoke to about their special pricing were short with me and acted like I was stupid...

I was there March 20 th at 1 pm. It was pretty slow and so was the customer service! Employees Sam & nautica stood upfront and chatted the entire time we were there. Never asking if we needed help...
