Very HELPFUL! I had a shipment come in & some hand soaps spilled everywhere! The ladies were able to swap out the ones that were spilled for the same product in the store with NO PROBLEM!

2 orders, 4 trips... First trip I went 5 minutes before they closed. I didn't want to shop just pick up my order...nope...no one allowed in. 2nd trip I go wait in a line about 10-15 people long....

Line forming outside and it's raining. The worker doesn't open the door or post a close sign. Instead mouths "power is out" even though the store is lit. if all 5-7 of you didn't want to work then...
