They have a clueless guy that answers the phone, and won't let you talk to a lawyer to see what they can do for you, before you pay their fees in full.

These people at Basta is scams. They charge a arm and leg. You won't get much back to your pocket when all set and done. If there is zero star, I would select that. Don't deal with these people....
