Basic Emergency Safety Training Mary Mansfield graduated from CSU Chico with BA in Kinesiology. She has been an EMT for 30+ years and was the first female firefighter for the City of Chico. She taught and supervised at Butte College Police and Fire academy for 20 years. She has owned Basic Emergency Safety Training for over 18 years. She was a Certified Hyperbaric Technician for 10 years for Chico Hyperbaric Chambers and currently works as a Health Assistant for Chico Unified School District.
