Great starter apartments, the rent is cheap and the grounds are nice. We've never had problems with noise (the apartments on either side of us are vacant), also we've never had problems with cars...

I live here today. Pros: The price is cheap in an expensive housing market. The units are fairly large ~600+ square feet, and the landscaping around the grounds is taken care of adequately....

Loud and unsafe. We can hear are upstairs neighbors like they live in our house. Sometimes it sounds and feels like an earthquake. The new management is horrible!!!! The management doest step...
