We are proud to offer a choice of authentic delicacies including Moghul cuisine which focuses around the Tandoor oven, where bread, fish, meat, and vegetables are all cooked in the authentic traditions perfected by our specialist chefs who have travelled from the Indian sub-continent. Our menu also features some south Indian dishes specially prepared by our chefs who have been delighting patrons for the past 28 years. At Basant we use only the freshest herbs and spices, ground daily and blended to age-old secret recipes, together with other fine ingredients to prepare our exotic dishes in our endeavour to bring you the very best of Indian cuisine.
