Founded in 1961, Barragans Restaurants is a full-service eatery serving the Southern California communities. Based in Burbank, Calif., the restaurant offers several lunch and dinner food specialties, such as sandwiches, appetizers, desserts, beverages, soups and salads, to name a few. It provides a range of appetizers, including corn and flour quesadilla, La Botana, Queso Fundido and shrimp cocktail, among others. Taco Mondays with crunchy tacos less than $2 a piece! The margaritas are delish, too! The every Monday 'Soup Of The Day' is split pea (more so a YUMMY veggie soup)...I always take a quart home...
