Barefoot Movement offers yoga classes virtually to the world at large. Classes are held seven days a week, from early morning to evening. We teach in the Vinyasa flow style, and all our teachers received training at Barefoot, ensuring consistently high quality even as each individual instructor brings their own personality to their teaching. From beginner to advanced practitioner, everyone receives the support and challenges they need to grow and develop in their practice. We are also offering weekly outdoor classes (subject to weather). We'd love to welcome you into our community!
