Practicing since Dec. 2000. I have acuired additional skills at such wonderful places such as: Canyon Ranch of Tucson, The Sonnenalp of Vail, and Meadowood Napa valley. Each resort being active life style based I have gained additional experience in body care. I have always encouraged better lifestyle through better living.

Specialties

Neuromuscular therapy. The use of specific pressure to alleviate troubled spasm areas. With deep stretching and movement. With these combined methods I help with most chronic body pains and discomfort. Sports therapy, helps with any and all body types. In this modality troubled areas are focused on with great detail. Body movement and training incouraged.
