History

I began my career as a therapist in San Diego, CA where I had a busy private practice working with individuals and couples struggling with their relationships (with themselves and with others). I help individuals and couples experiencing all kinds of relationship issues such as poor communication, nonstop arguing, betrayals, misunderstandings, and a lack of compassion and empathy for each other. I teach the skills people need to enjoy loving, respectful and trustworthy relationships. I am now in Newport Beach, CA where I continue to practice relationship counseling either individually or with a partner. In the past year, I have trained and become certified in Brainspotting Therapy, an amazing modality that helps people reduce stress and anxiety and to quickly get to their core issues and resolve them.
