History

I began my practice in San Diego in 1986. I am open to network with other psychotherapist, people in the medical field, or in the business world to either exchange ideas with regard to business or assist them with their own issues of growth and change. My interventions are generally mind-body modalities such as Mindfulness, Interactive-Guided-Imagery, Life-Span Intervention, Hypnosis as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have also been trained in goal-setting, be it personal, family or business. I specialize in assisting individuals, couples, and families who need help navigating their way through difficult times or life challenges. I also work with children and teens that have difficulty in school, friendships and other situations that get in their way of having successful life experiences.
