Barbacoa Los Gueros

The semitas are huge I had never seen a semita so big in my life is the size of my daughter head the barbacoa it's delicious and served with caramelized onions and jalapeño peppers chopped onions...

The good: they got reasonable good Uaraches. The bad: only two tables inside(shared location with a "Chicken Wings" business), and short staff resulted in excessive long wait!

I paid around $112. Food was very mid. The cemitas were very dry, it did not have any condiments. The barbacoa consome tasted like they didn't have enough left and added water rice and garbanzos....
