A hotel lounge that has had no choice in so many changes of ownership over the past few years, it's hard to keep track anymore. But I waited to try this latest version, called Bar Sebastian....

The culinary concept of Bar Sebastián was inspired by our Executive Chef Jose Velásquez and his desire to infuse his Mexican roots along with Spanish Tapas. We have traveled back in time to obtain ancestral recipes of the Mayas and Aztecs and have recreated these mouthwatering dishes using the highest quality ingredients that the Central Coast of California can produce.

The Bayside Bar & Grill is a great place to go for a casual meal with friends or family. The food is decent, the prices are a bit high, but the view is amazing and the service is friendly.
