Dr. Tamplen has come back home to help all Bay Area pateints with their Cosmetic needs. Double Board Certified Dr. Tamplen is an expert in Facial Plastic Surgery. After graduatinig from De La Salle Dr. Tamplen attend UC Davis on a full tutuion schorlaship. He graduated early, ranking #1 in the College of Biological Sciences with a 4.0 GPA and was awarded The College Medal: the highest honor offered by the University to 1 graduating senior per year. Dr. Tamplen was recruited to UCLA Medical School with a Full Tuition Merit Scholarship and at UCLA achieved one of the highest scores in the nation on the medical licensing exam and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors society. He then attended top ranked, five-year surgical training program in Head and Neck Surgery in his hometown of San Francisco at the UCSF.
