HistoryHector O. fresh out of College comes back to Los Angeles and while having a day job at an engineering firm's marketing department joins high school friend Angel Dlt to found IDC Elements; under the Elements to Imagine, Design, and Create, thus the name. After a few years of getting to know the ins and outs of the industry Hector takes the company to the next level. No longer freelancing and parting ways with long time friend Angel Dlt, he opens up a office location in Uptown Whittier in the summer of 2012 under the name IDC Elements Print & Graphics.
