Just as friendly and accommodating as the Wilshire location. No enormous lines either, you will get serviced right away. Glad BOTW is my new primary bank.

Really disappointed with my new account. Do not bank here. Was told one thing when opening a new account and then told another later. Do not trust this bank. Get everything in writing. Such a bummer.

I've been with BOTW for about 2 1/2 years and every time call the main number to speak to a banker it takes them forever to answer the phone.. about 3 weeks ago I called the little Tokyo branch...
