I'm not a member so can't speak for their service or hours but I commend them for their ATMs offering withdrawals in $5 increments. Ally Bank reimburses ATM fees so the surcharge was no issue.

Pls. Anyone that wants to get a bank account don't come here. They are so rude with customers. I deposit a check about 4 weeks ago and have not clear the funds. Worst customer service ever...
