I used to.love Bank of the West. Since BM0 took over I despise going there. Everytime I need something the cant do it or make it do much more complicated. Even depositing a check was an issue...

You do NOT want to do business with this bank. The manager, Jeanne, is condescending and disrespectful - especially to the elderly.

Jan2019 I have been locked out of online account as their system won't send pass code via text to confirm ID. Entered correct ID and password. Called for help, a 7 minute wait? I don't think so....
