More than half of the time that I come here the ATM machine does not work. They also do not have Saturday hours which makes it very difficult for me. Also compared to a major bank their software...

Fast bank, but the staff to deposit is lazy and some are rude. I keep getting asked to join some deals they offer and before I say anything (not interested) they already call someone over.
