I usually use the ATM machines located outside the building which is very convenient. Also, I like coming to this bank because there are always parking. And they are not that busy for the customer...

The older Indian man who was working as a teller is so rude to customers. He never says such basic things like: How can I help you? Just stared at me in an awkward way.

The worst customer service ever! we are here to depositing the money, the amount was different than we filled out in the form, he has really bad attitude saying that we are not counting the money...

I would give 0 star if I could. Happened 3 times, Bank teller put money in the wrong account or just wrong amount or money into my checking and disappear the next day. Charged me overdraft fees...
