If I could give a zero I would. If you don't need customer service go for it. Very, very weak. Choose ANY other financial institution.

They told me I can't cash a check even if I am not a customer. It was a BOA check and it was less than 10k. The manager said it's a policy that they can't do that amount if I am not a customer....
