Always a long line and specially on Monday, you need to hire more tellers first this branch. Can't every time we need to make a deposit, we have to wait 30 minutes and more

This is the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of having to use. Every time you come in, especially at lunch hour, they have one, maximum two tellers at the windows. Beyond that, they move...

The Pomona branch employee Neretti Velasco Was very rude and unprofessional . I asked if she can write down my situation on a bank letterhead as my proof and she wrote for me to go to the bank...
