Hard to get them on the phone, but they do a pretty good job once you get in. Still waiting for a returned phone call on one application.

All was well until my Bank of America credit card got hacked. But, any bank that is requested to send out 3 additional cards, with the same name and same authorized signature and doesn't question...

Worst service ever. Tellers don't know what they're doing as far as knowledge base and slow as they can be. This happens too often and the reason I left them...they suck bottom line. If I were you...
