I have never been talked down to and humiliated before in a business. The associate in charge via floor lady who askes everyone what they need today 5/14 totaly embraced me infront of everyone....

No staff. Use their ATM is fine but otherwise call 800 #.... If other services are needed, good luck and still call 800# to schedule a meeting way out in future.
