Avoid this bank. Awful customer service. No one has a personality. Like talking to a wall. They have 10+ people in line with 1 teller and 8 people working and hiding in their computers.

Do you wonder why this bank has such horrible ratings. It's the Worst branch that BofA in my opinion and a lot of other customers as well. The assistant manager lied to my face about taking my own...

If you have to go inside the bank for any reason, expect to wait 30 minutes minimum. Only reason the line moves is because people leave without being helped. Terribly run business.

Slow, 1 teller (friendly but making it clear that it's supposed to be his day off), 15 people in line.... 35 min wait to deposit a check. Manager just doing some computer work at a teller window...
