The lines for customer service are always really long. I've never seen more than two bank tellers. They take their time that is why the line takes too long. If you come here expect to be in line...

I try my best not to leave bad reviews. But this Bank of America Has to operating on its own management system. They have very poor customer service! Usually 1 teller when I come (may be my luck)....
