I am at Bank of America located in San Juan Capistrano, a long line with one teller. Why do I bank here? It's not acceptable to treat the customers do poorly.

I'm with many others who'd leave zero stars of I could. Bank of America in general is the worst. Most branches closed. Those that are open close early 4pm), and have REALLY long lines!
