This bank has been beautifully remodeled but is severely understaffed. It's really disgusting and you should avoid this branch at all costs. The ordinary wait is 30-45 minutes. It's really bad....

No improvements over a year. I'm counting 9 people in line with only one person working the window. Poor customer service is the downfall to any business.

BOA is possibly the most frustrating place that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their answering AI service is just appalling. Just awful.

I couldn't take cash with my card. The agent told me so should and there was likely a local limit to how much this BOA centered allowed people to cash out.

Never go here. They had 1 teller and a line of 10 people. I left and went to another branch.
