The bank manager refused to help me because there was a freeze on my card that I had taken off but still wouldn't let me withdraw cash here bc it was an EDD card. She got in my face very closely...

It's no wonder BofA has such a terrible rating, and it pains me to see such a decimation of a once great bank. Was simply trying to send money to a contact who happens to have an account at BofA....
