I really like this branch and I'm not sure why everyone else has such negative reviews. Every time I come in, there's normally no line. Line or not, there's usually a banker that comes around...

Only 1 banker works here. You can only make appointments in person (the online website shows no availability). To add a spouse to an account, which is very simple, there's over one week wait!

Long lines. Walked in at 12:30 on a Monday to six people deep line wrapped around the corner. Clearly they need to hire more staff but companies like BOA are cheap. Was here at least 10 mins...

For a mortgage loan, better off calling anyone other than Peter Morrissey - even another Bank of America branch. For my return to Yelp after a COVID hiatus, punctuated by a pandemic-fueled house...
