First time visiting this location since we moved here. Upon entering it was pretty busy but there was an attendant who assisted us right away. We told him we wanted to open a small business...

They have taken care of my a count for years. No more. All lines are one now. So merchants and standard clients are the same. Ok. Different bank it is

This is an issues with all Bank of Americas... they have too few cashiers and a "manager" who does nothing but greet clients as a pretext to hassle customers into buying more unnecessary bank...

How does a bank open at 9am with 1 teller and like 4 people just standing around doing absolutely nothing behind the tellers desk. There's 10 people standing in line and one guy who's a teller...

I've always had issues with this location. Today was the last one for me. End of the month, and of course there are bills to pay and Monday is a Holiday. So I double checked the locations hours...
