B of A in SSF is terrible!!! One teller for multiple customers Bad bad bad corporate service. They don't care about people's time!!! This is the direction of corporate service to the people.

No one has ever picked up a call! Phone continues to ring forever!! What kind of a BofA branch is this??? Time to consider other options!

The teller's use of strong incense or aromatherapy is noticeable in the lobby and may affect customers. While accommodating employees is important, it should not compromise the customer experience.
