I have a checking account with B of A but rarely have to go into my bank, thanks to phone technology that allows check deposits, and an independent-ATM close to home where I can make withdrawals....

Why is there no ATM access...either simply outside or inside the controlled access and gated lobby area??? Lobby closes at 4pm or some ridiculous time. What a waste of time and energy.

THE WORST BofA EVER!!!! 1 ATM and it's ALWAYS DOWN!!!! WTF?!!! There's nothing positive about this branch! I keep trying to give it the benefit of doubt and I get let down EVERY TIME!
