After a recent remodel it's super clean. There is quite a bit of waiting at busy times but that's all the Chase banks I've been to as well. This is the go-to spot for Korean American BoA customers...

I came to use the ATM. It is inside the front entrance. You have to use your ATM card to unlock the door after hours. When the bank is open, you just open the door. I felt safe there.

This place sucks. Friday afternoon, 2 tellers open, 10 people waiting in line, no urgency from the tellers to speed it up. Instead they want to sit there and chit chat with customers at the window.

Marvin has been harrasing me on my phone when I call metro. I used another phone to call in and he took forever. And the real metro lady helped me with out need the supervisor. He said he was Maxine.
