ATM visit. That's it, the plaza is very crowded with traffic. But at night, the area is well-lit, so I feel safe. Really fun, crowded plaza.

Get more tellers this location has been this way forever what is the problem hire more people you have people standing in line forever I got a simple cashier check 1 person in front of me 26 mins...

Worst customer service in Oxnard. 10 people in line. Only 1 teller. The manager has no concerns about customers walking out. Wells Fargo or Chase or check cashing places are 100% better. -10 stars

Every time I go in this branch, there's a long line and very few employees. Add to that, horrible access within the traffic headache of Riverpark. Horrible choice for a bank location.
