Never had any problems at this location or the avenue K location. Everyone friendly and I have always expected a wait. It's no big deal. All the whiners will be glad to know the Lancaster...

This branch is super slow!!!!! I went on lunch break they only had one teller open and 15 people in line

Absolutely unacceptable to wait over 40 min in line. I counted 6 employees at this branch and only 2 were acting as tellers? 2 other employees were standing around in the front not doing anything...

They are everywhere so convenient, I don't remember them being in Hawaii when I lived there. Down side fees, unexpected costs and they are just too big of a company. Some branches are definitely...
