I wish they would answer their phone when you have questions about certain things nobody wants to answer their phones inside the bank. That's bad business.

My one experience with the bank was that it was clean. The atmosphere was quiet. The line was relatively short. The teller was friendly and fast. I left feeling good about the experience.
