Having more tellers available when there's people waiting in line. Some of the tellers just stand there and look at you. It's like where's the customer service if they see 10 to 15 people lined up...

If I can give this branch a ZERO I would. I came in at 430 needing help with my daughter's account. The guy named Franklin was rude and obviously didn't want to help as he wanted to leave at 5pm....

Absolutely the worst bank in town. Long line and 2 tellers. The manger claims they are two tellers short due to lunch breaks. BS!!!!!! It's 11:49 you have been open for 2 hours and 49 minutes....
