BofA branches in Evergreen are usually slammed. Long lines and wait times are discouraging. I have found the Evergreen Square branch and the Villages branch helpful and pleasant. Tellers here...

This branch sucks ass! I took my 16 year old here to cash a check she received for her b-day. Mind you it is a $30 check. A snooty teller told her no because she did not have a state issued id....
