I guess your experience here depends what time of the day you go and the teller you get. The line can get long especially before closing, but that is expected. The tellers I've had were very nice...

I went in here yesterday to cash a refund check I received in the mail from a walk-in clinic. I was hoping to get cash and thought this would be easy since the check was a Bank of America check....

I've just recently moved to the area and this branch is Closed on Saturday's. Opening half the day on Saturday should be a reasonable request.

One of the local banks in/near where I live. JP Morgan Chase does not currently have branches near where I live. Bank of America and Bank of the West are one of the close by banks. Need to split...
