They have people standing in line outside forever. No one comes out to say anything for over 15 minutes. Then finally they come out and say there's just one teller. 20 people in line.

Very limited hours. Long wait at 10:00 when they open. Not open on Saturdays. If you are a working person - not the right bank for you.
